I always wanted to build a website about dogs, but I had no idea how to start. I certainly didn't have thousands of dollars to pay someone to do it. On top of that, I didn't want to spend hours dictating all my ideas to a webmaster. I might as well spend the time doing it myself. But how? That was the big question. Do I just pick a host? Do I register a domain name? How do I build traffic? What software do I use? What is a cPanel anyway? I was so overwhelmed with all the information out there that I didn't know where to start. I surfed the web for months comparing choices and not getting anywhere.

Then I found Site Build It

When I first bought SBI I had prepared a story to tell my husband so he didn't think I had been scammed. I never used that story. SBI is an amazing company that truly cares about it's customers.

I started this website in December of 2006 and back then I didn't know anything about HTML or CSS or even how to add a picture to a webpage. Over time, I learned the technical stuff (but you never have to get technical with SBI unless you want to). The perfectionist in me wanted things to look a certain way and so I learned how to push the envelope.

It's now almost the end of 2010 and my website wavers between the top 3 and top 1 percent of all websites (that's the top of millions of websites). My traffic ranges from 4000 to 8000 unique visitors a month and just keeps growing.

I teach dog training here in North Carolina, but that is only a portion of the people that need dog training help. With the help of SBI, I not only reach my local dog training market, but I reach a world wide audience.

My greatest accomplishment through using SBI is not the traffic or the money or even the fun I have creating my website. It's talking with dog owners all over the world. To date I have helped husky lover's from South Africa, Germany, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, The United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. I have communicated with husky lover's in remote villages that can only be accessed by plane (or dog team :wink:), and giant cities. This web stuff is incredible.
